Unterberg Poetry Center at the 92nd Street YMHA, 1395 Lexington Avenue, hosts one of the oldest and most revered reading series in the country; it has presented such major modern poets as W.H. Auden, T.S. Eliot, Robert Frost, Langston Hughes, Marianne Moore, Wallace Stevens and Dylan Thomas. Other Poetry Center guests have included Saul Bellow, Joseph Brodsky, Arthur Miller, Susan Sontag, and Tennessee Williams.
