Trinity Churchyard is the site of Charlotte Temple’s grave. Charlotte Temple was the pseudonym of Charlotte Stanley who may be who is interred here. Charlotte Temple was the main character of a Susanna Haswell Rowson novel. Trinity Churchyard, 74 Trinity Place, Manhattan, New York, is also the final resting place for William Bradford, Alexander Hamilton, George Templeton Strong, and John Peter Zenger.
