Ogden Nash

(1902-1971) Writer, poet. Ogden Nash was born in Rye, New York, and lived in Manhattan, New York. He was the writer of popularly quotable humorous verse. In 2002 the United States Postal Service issued its eighteenth stamp in the Literary Arts series in honor of Ogden Nash.

Seth Newhouse

(1842-1921) Writer. Seth Newhouse wrote many manuscripts/papers about the formation of the Iroquois Nation. It is believed that Seth Newhouse wrote the version of “The Great Law” used, without proper credit, by A. C. Parker.
