Gabriela Bittencourt: Gabriela Bittencourt is a Brazilian-American poet from South Florida. She holds an English degree from FAU. In 2023, she was the award recipient of the New York State Summer Writers Institute Poetry Scholarship. Her poems have appeared in Shō Journal, The Acentos Review, and The Bread and Poetry Anthology. She is the founder of Gabriela the Overthinker, a Substack publication about big thoughts, feelings, and honest conversations. Demi Chowen: Demi Chowen is a poet from Henrico, Virginia. She studied religion and creative writing at Sarah Lawrence College and Wadham College at the University of Oxford, earning her BA in liberal arts in 2024. She has been published in EcoTheo Review’s Autumn 2023 print issue and is a 2023 scholarship recipient of New York State Summer Writers Program at Skidmore College.
