(1945-2017) Cartoonist, writer. Jay Lynch was born in Orange, New Jersey, and died in Candor, New York. He was a creator of underground comics. His work included Bijou Funnies, Phoebe and the Pigeon People, Nard n’ Pat, and Bazooka Joe.
