Bio

(1936-2021) Poet. Robert Hershon published more than a dozen books of poems and his work appeared in such publications as The Nation, The New York Times, American Poetry Review, and New American Writing, as well as many anthologies. Mr. Hershon won two writing fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts and three from the New York Foundation for the Arts. He was a founder and an editor of Hanging Loose Press.
