(1916-2007) Writer. Ralph de Toledano was born in Tangier, Morocco in 1916. He moved to New York with his parents and attended Columbia University, graduating in 1938. He served time in the Army and worked at various journalistic jobs prior to joining Newsweek in 1948 and the National Review in 1955. He died in Washington, DC in 2007.
