Bio
(1918-1980) Novelist. George P. Elliott was born in Knightstown, Indiana and died in New York City. Elliott taught at several colleges including Cornell University, the University of Iowa, The University of California at Berkeley, Barnard College, and Syracuse University. He wrote four novels and several collections of shorts stories, poems, and essays.
