(1932(?)-2004) Lyricist, librettist. Fred Ebb was born in Manhattan, New York and graduated from both Columbia University and New York University in Manhattan, New York. He died in Manhattan, New York and is buried in Green-Wood Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York. He collaborated with composer John Kander on many songs for the stage, the movies, and television.
