Bio

Douglas Goetsch has written six collections of poetry. His poems have appeared in numerous magazines, including The Iowa Review, The Marlboro Review, Atlanta Review, The Ledge, Hanging Loose, Hayden’s Ferry Review, Prairie Schooner, Quarterly West, and the online anthology, PoetryDaily. Recently, he’s received a New York Foundation for the Arts Poetry Fellowship, and the Paumanok Award. He teaches creative writing and English at Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan, New York.
