(1890-1957) Writer, novelist, head of the Book of the Month Club. He wrote 18 fiction titles, including “Parnassus on Wheels” and 16 poetry titles. “Kitty Folye” 1939,”Where the Blue Begins” 1922. His writing studio is preserved in the Christopher Morley County Park, in Roslyn, New York. He is buried in Roslyn Cemetery in Greenvale, New York.
