(1927-2014) Cartoonist. Brumsic Brandon Jr. was born in Washington, District of Columbia, and died in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He was the creator of “Luther,” a nationally syndicated comic strip. Mr. Brandon studied art at New York University and later resettled on Long Island in New York.
