Poet, Writer, & Publisher. Born in Puerto Rico, raised in New York City. A graduate of Harlem Prep School, BA from SUNYAB, author of “Dona Julia, a collection of his published poems”, and author of “Never too late to make a U-turn.” He is the author of the well-known poem, “The Educational Pledge”, widely used in public schools. Alberto is the publisher of the Buffalo Latino Village, a monthly newsletter.
