(1913-1995) Poet. Kenneth Lawrence Beaudoin was a poet best known for his “eye” poems. He was founder of the Poetry Society of Tennessee and was named “Poet Laureate of the River” in 1976 at the Mid-South Festival. He also ran an art gallery for many years in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York.
