Bio
(1915-2007) Lyricist. Ray Evans was born in Salamanca, New York in 1915, and died in Los Angeles, California in 2007. Together with lyricist Jay Livingston, Mr. Evans wrote over 300 published songs, including “Mona Lisa” (1950), “Silver Bells,” and “Que Sera Sera” (1956). Mr. Evans and Mr. Livingston worked as a team in New York before working in Los Angeles, California.
